What exactly is an eBook?
eBooks are electronic books that
can be read on a computer screen or printed out
on paper using a desktop printer.
eBooks come in the form of a simple file that
you can download and store on your PC.

All the eBooks available on our website - e-BookStall.com
- are compatible with PCs running Windows 95 or
higher. The only additional requirement is that
you have the browser
'Internet Explorer' (version 4 or higher)
installed on your computer.
If you want to run one of our eBook titles on
a Mac make sure the eBook is published in the
.pdf format. Please read the item's description
for more details before purchasing.

How do I download and begin using an ebook?
To download an eBook click on one
of the buy now buttons.
You'll be taken to a secure server where you can
buy using your credit or debit card with absolute
peace of mind that the transaction is safe! We
use PayPal® - a secure and trusted online
payment system to safely process all eBook purchases.
Once PayPal® processes your card transaction
you'll be sent an email with a download link.
Clicking the link will automaticallcy download
your eBook to your computer. The email will also
incude a username and password which you use to
unlock your eBook.
If your purchase comes with any special offers
or free eBooks the email will also contain instructions
how to download these.

Can I order from anywhere in the world?
Yes. e-BookStall.com uses PayPal®
to accept credit-card payment from Internet users
worldwide. You can download the eBook(s) from
anywhere.

Do I need any special software on my PC?
Some eBooks you'll find online
require the additional step of downloading and
installing special 'reader' software. This is
not the case with the eBooks published by e-BookStall.com.
Our eBooks require no additional software and
are compatible with Windows 95, 98, NT, ME, 2000
and XP. You only need to make sure you have 'Internet
Explorer' (version 4 or higher) installed on your
PC.
Acrobat reader is needed to view .pdf files,
if not already installed you can download it for
free by clicking here.
However please note most of our eBooks - if not
all - are published using the self contained eBookPro
format.

Do you have after sales support?
Yes. If you find you're having
difficulty downloading or using our eBooks, simply

In the event that you discover that the eBook
is not compatible with your computer system, we'll
issue you with a full refund.

Why is a registration key (username and password)
emailed to me?
eBooks purchased from e-BookStall.com
can only be used by the customer. Downloaded eBooks
cannot be duplicated, ie copies are disabled in
order to protect copyright. The username and password
allows you to unlock and use your eBook.
Please keep your username and password safely
recorded - you may wish to move and reregister
your eBook on a different computer.

Can I use an eBook on more than one computer?
Purchased eBooks can only be used
on the computer that was connected to the internet
for the eBook's initial registration.
If you wish to move your eBook to a different
machine you will need to unregister it first,
then, when transferred to another computer, reregister
it with your username and password.
This may sound technical, but is actually a straightforward
process, which is in place to protect copyright.

Can I make copies of my downloaded eBook?
No. When buying one of our eBooks
you are actually acquiring a license to use it
for your personal use only - the content is protected
by copyright - duplicated eBooks are remotely
disabled.
If you have a special request, whereby you need
to run more than one copy on different machines,
get in touch and we'll see what we can do.

My eBook is asking me to connect to the internet
- why?
The first time you use your downloaded
eBook you will need to be connected to the internet
to register it.
Also, on a random and periodic basis your eBook
will want to connect in order to automatically
verify its registration. Your eBook will ask you
to connect when these two events happen.

Are all browsers compatible with your eBooks?
Our eBooks will not work with old
browsers - 4th generation browsers or higher are
required. If you use an older browser you should
visit www.microsoft.com/ie
to download the latest free version of Internet
Explorer.

Do your eBooks work on the Mac?
At this time our eBooks are published
using eBookPro, running only on a Windows-based
PC platform.
In order to use one of our eBooks on a Mac you'll
need to have a PC emulator program such as Parallels
or iEmulator.
At this time there are no scheduled updates to
our eBook publishing software that would resolve
this.
However, if the eBook you wish to buy is available
in the .pdf format you'll be able to use
it if you have the free 'Acrobat Reader' installed.

Do I need to be connected all the time to the
internet to use my new eBook?
No, you only need to be connected
when you first use your eBook - as well as on
a random and periodic basis in order for the eBook
to automatically verify its registration.

Can I buy an eBook as a gift for someone else?
YES! In fact we encourage this
as a unique and original gift idea!
Simply purchase an eBook from our website, once
downloaded send it as an email attachment to the
recipient along with the unique user name and
password you received with your purchase.
Please note - Do not register the eBook on your
own computer with the user name and password as
this will disable the gift copy.
